The work ahead
- Maintain and optimize Epic Ambulatory workflows, templates, orders, in-basket, and clinical documentation tools.
- Work with providers, clinic leaders, and IT teams to define requirements and resolve issues.
- Support testing, upgrades, change control, and post-live stabilization work.
What you bring
- Epic Ambulatory certification or equivalent Ambulatory application experience.
- Experience supporting clinical users in an ambulatory or outpatient care setting.
- Ability to translate provider workflow needs into clear Epic build and support plans.
