The role
We are hiring a remote Sr. Application Analyst - Epic PB & Tapestry for a direct-hire opportunity with our client. This role supports Epic Professional Billing and Tapestry build, optimization, testing, issue resolution, and workflow improvement.
What you'll own
- Support Epic Professional Billing and Tapestry build, configuration, testing, upgrades, and optimization requests.
- Partner with revenue cycle, managed care, finance, and operational teams to troubleshoot billing, claims, contract, charge, and workflow issues.
- Document build decisions, test plans, change requests, and production support handoffs.
What helps you stand out
- 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience supporting revenue cycle, managed care, payer, or related workflows.
- Hands-on Epic Professional Billing and Tapestry build, support, testing, optimization, or upgrade experience.
- Experience supporting workflows in a health system, payer, managed care, or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills.
