The work ahead
- Improve service workflows across IT, operations, security, or shared services.
- Translate process needs into practical configuration and adoption plans.
- Support governance, documentation, reporting, and handoff to internal teams.
What you bring
- ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, CMDB, or adjacent modules.
- Healthcare or complex enterprise environment experience preferred.
- Ability to work with platform owners, process owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
