The work ahead
- Support Epic Healthy Planet build, configuration, testing, upgrades, optimization, and production support.
- Partner with population health, clinical operations, care management, quality, analytics, and IT teams to improve workflows.
- Help translate operational needs into clear Epic build, testing plans, documentation, and support processes.
What you bring
- Epic Healthy Planet certification is required.
- Compass Rose certification or hands-on Compass Rose experience is strongly preferred.
- Senior-level Epic application analyst experience supporting population health, care management, clinical, or quality workflows.
- Strong analytical, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills.
